I reserve the right to decline ANY project that I feel incapable of playing to my standard, or before receiving payment.

Although prices are set to minute increments, please be aware that the final price will be rounded to the closest 30 seconds or minute. In the case of it being rounded to 30 seconds, the per-minute rate will be halved.

Stems will be collapsed into a zip file, uploaded to a Google Drive, and sent to you through Email, Twitter, Discord, or any other SNS, in respect to previous communication methods.

ALL commissions must be given proper crediting, this includes playthrough videos. A $100 surcharge will be added if you don't want to credit me.

A 10%-30% revenue split will be negotiated for tracks that will be uploaded to streaming services.

For covers, I am not responsible for any kind of copyright infringement in regards to your commission.

Once I have accepted the commission, work will NOT begin immediately. If I have other projects going on simultaneously, I will prioritize finishing them first. Exceptions will be made for commissions with strict deadlines. I will inform you of when I start learning the song.

Unless requested otherwise, guitars will be recorded at 44.1 KHZ, 24-bit.

Throughout the learning and recording process, I will ensure regular check-ins in regard to phrasing in certain passages. This will ensure fewer revisions.

If a playthrough was selected as an add-on, it may create a delay in finishing the final product.

If additional information is required and the client is unable to respond in a timely manner (a few days), the commission may be delayed.

All rates are in USD, and will be invoiced through PayPal.

My rates do not consider a potential transaction fee (up to 5%).

Once both parties are satisfied with the commission outlines, I will send an invoice for 50% of the agreement price. Once the order is complete, I will request completion for the second half before any of the finalized goods are sent.

My services will NOT be fully refundable after I've started. For refunds, you will receive the amount you paid MINUS my flat fee to compensate for the time I spent learning the material.

If a video playthrough was requested, you will only be refunded HALF the amount if I've already filmed it. A FULL refund is only possible before I start filming. You will be notified when I start.

If a fraudulent charge-back is filed, you will lose all rights to using the final product, and it may be used as a personal project, re-sold or given away. You will also be blacklisted from further commissions.
